Each of Mr. Lichtman’s cases is carefully reviewed and prepared, whether the case is worth hundreds of thousands of dollars or a million-plus. Providing full preparation and support, Mr. Lichtman keeps each of his clients well informed of all court proceedings.

Through his extensive and diverse experience, Mr. Lichtman understands the profound effects of a serious injury or death of a family member and how to address his clients’ concerns.

Mr. Lichtman has a B.A. from State University of New York at Buffalo and graduated from Pace University School of Law in 1981. He is admitted to practice in the Courts of the State of New York, and in the United States District Court, Eastern & Southern Districts of New York.
Ms. Berezovski has been representing seriously injured clients alongside Mr. Lichtman for the past fourteen (14) years and is currently serving as of-counsel to The Law Office of Katherine E. Smith, where she successfully prosecutes cases involving serious civil rights violations. Her client-centered approach and her fluency in English, Hebrew, and Russian help her serve clients from diverse backgrounds.
Ms. Berezovski graduated at the top of her class from the Saint John’s University School of Law in 2013 and obtained her B.S. from the University of Haifa in 2004. Ms. Berezovski is currently admitted to practice in the Courts of the State of New York, and in the United States District Court, Eastern & Southern Districts of New York. Ms. Berezovski is passionate about giving back to the community, and volunteers with the Immigration Justice Campaign.
