Mr. Lichtman’s practice includes complex medical and legal malpractice litigation, catastrophic injury cases, motor vehicle and construction accidents, and civil rights claims involving in-custody injuries and wrongful deaths at Rikers Island and other correctional facilities across New York. He earned his B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo and J.D. from Pace University School of Law (1981). Mr. Lichtman is admitted to practice in all New York State Courts and in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Fluent in English, Russian (русский), and Hebrew, Ms. Berezovski ensures that every client — including New York’s diverse immigrant communities — feels fully understood and represented. Her multilingual approach enhances accessibility and trust in every case.
Ms. Berezovski earned her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law (2013), graduating among the top of her class, and her B.S. from the University of Haifa (2004). She is admitted to practice in all New York State Courts and in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
