It’s a fact that trial lawyers spend the bulk of their time working outside the courtroom. Interviewing clients, preparing for depositions, and working with consultants and mediators take up many hours. In some cases, plaintiffs’ attorneys can’t attend a court date due to other obligations.
Please note that advanced payment of $200 is required to secure your court appearance. All reservations should be made by 3 p.m. the day before the appearance, though we will do our best to accommodate emergencies. This service is available for plaintiffs’ attorneys only in the Supreme Courts of New York, Queens, Bronx, and Kings counties.

We cover EUOS & 50-H HEARINGS
The Fees for one (1) Witness one (1) day is $400 per hearing. Each additional hour past three (3) hours is $150 per hour, and witness preparation fee is $200. Advanced payment is required to reserve coverage for the hearings, and payment for additional hours is due within fourteen (14) days of the hearing. Please use the calendar above to check availability, and book your appearance. All reservations must be done by 3 p.m. on the day prior to the appearance.
