We will draft oppositions to motions for summary judgment in cases when you have already obtained an expert. We’ll also work closely with both you and your experts to ensure the best possible outcome.
Please note that the fees include drafting only one (1) opposition to one (1) medical defendants motion for summary judgement. Each additional opposition is $2,000.00. Advanced payment of $4,500.00 is required to secure the assignment, and payment for additional opposition is due within fourteen (14) days of its completion.
